How do I send in my sample?

  • For Luzon, we have designated sample collectors in North Luzon to Manila to pick up the samples free of charge.
  • For South Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, LBC and A-Best are our recommended couriers to send in your samples.
  • Minimum sample amount for analysis is 100 grams. For Proximate Analysis, minimum sample amount is 500 grams.

 

How long do I have to wait until I get my results?

  • Our lead time for analysis is five working days upon receipt of the the samples.
  • Partial results may be sent to you via email and/or text until the analysis has been completed.

 

What are your payment methods?

  • Direct payment and online banking through Metrobank or AUB are accepted.
